DAVID Cameron may well be backtracking on his plans for spending cuts but remember this, there's nothing to stop him changing his mind again. Where would he recover these billions of pounds from? First, he will put up council tax, then income tax will go sky high, followed by VAT up to 20% and then interest rates will rocket, too. Cameron's millions will keep him and his banking buddies quaffing champagne for some time.
