I am writing to object most strongly to the latest planning application by Golden Valley Paddocks for a temporary timber-clad mobile home. Nothing has changed since the previous three applications for this building were turned down. Besides this, once a mobile home is erected (in fact these never are fully mobile as drainage has to be provided) we all recognise the danger os f it turning into something more permanent in the future. This is probably why the law states that planning permission for temporary buildings should not be granted where permission for permanent buildings would be refused. The solid gates and fencing gives the message, loud and clear that we must "keep out". This is, surely, more to do with secrecy than security. Just what are they so ashamed of ? The whole Golden ...
