THE row over Prince Andrew took a dramatic turn last night after it was revealed that he is linked to a second controversial businessman who secretly helped to pay off the Duchess of York's debts. FUNDING of the Scottish film industry has been attacked after it emerged that Luxembourg produces more films than Scotland. Professor Robin MacPherson, the director of Screen Academy Scotland, revealed that research showing Scotland produced six "locally originated" films each year over the past 15 years, one fewer than Luxembourg and significantly fewer than countries such as Ireland with 11, Finland with 20 and Denmark with 42.
