REMEMBER the G20 summit in London earlier this year - the one that vowed to consign offshore tax havens to the history books? Someone forgot to tell outfits such as Ocra, 'the world's number one provider' of offshore companies, or Sovereign Group, which boasts 'over 20 years of expert advice' in offshore services, including tax. Both still advertise in the upmarket business press. Elsewhere, our eye was caught by an advertisement in The Wall Street Journal Europe for a Gulfstream private jet with a 'limited warranty'.

• Pounds200,000 Big Lottery Boost to Play Scheme

Thousands of children and young people in Devon will benefit from a pounds200,000 cash boost thanks to a Big Lottery grant to West Devon Borough Council.
