In this article, the hazard is described and some suggestions are offered for a preventative ethical response. Most executives and managers have to confront the three important symptoms of the hazard: 1. fixation, 2. rationalization and 3. detachment. Teleopathy values certain limited objectives as supreme - to the exclusion not only of larger ends but also of moral considerations about means, obligations and duties. In its most extreme form, teleopathy amounts to the suspension of ethical awareness as a practical force in the decision-making process. Nottingham Trent University (NTU) implemented an enterprise content management system in its bid to amalgamate disparate school and department Web sites into one streamlined site. The university evaluated Rhythmyx, as well as one other provider's solution. Key criteria for the chosen content management solution included template-based data entry functionality, workflow to enable the university to decide that its requirements could be met by Rhythmyx. The Institute of Management Services has faced the challenge of reducing membership and an erosion in what were core areas for its membership. The IMS have faced this challenging period by adapting and, in essence, it has applied its own tools and techniques to the challenges it faced. The author would like to pay tribute to the hard working members of Council who have helped secure the survival of the IMS for the foreseeable future. This marks the end of a period of consolidation and rationalization and the beginning of a new phase in the history of the IMS.

The study was conducted to examine the effect of leadership on employee's performance in multinational pharmaceutical companies in Pakistan. The leadership behaviors were assessed with respect to 5 factors (motivation, promoting challenging standards, visibility and availability, championing excellence and team working). Data was collected from 50 leaders through questionnaire by selecting 10 leaders from each 5 multinational pharmaceutical companies.
