A FINANCE officer who claimed she was sexually harassed and victimised by the head of Wales' foremost ethnic minorities charity has won her case at an employment tribunal. WHAT a sad day when a beautiful and well-visited nature reserve has to restrict vehicular access to its site due to a minority of people engaging in inappropriate sexual behaviour, and often in full view of members of the public visiting the area to enjoy the woods and the wildlife within.
