SEBASTIAN Coe failed last night in an attempt to stop newspapers publishing claims that he had a secret 10-year-affair.

In the High Court, Mr Justice Fulford ruled against an application made on behalf of the head of Britain's Olympic bid and former Tory MP to injunct the Mail on Sunday and the Sunday Mirror.
