Summary
I never thought I would end up living in Los Angeles while my children grew up in Britain, but here I am and we are all making the best of it. When I first received the script for House, the TV medical drama I work on in LA, I was just another actor travelling to where the work took me, coming home to my wife, Jo, and children in London in between films. In fact, when I was first offered the part, I was making a film in Namibia, of all places -- the first few pages of the House script were faxed to me by means of, I think, the only fax machine in the country.
I liked the script, so I took myself off to Los Angeles to make the pilot, never dreaming that the show would take off the way it did. But we're now on our sixth season and counting, so I'm still here.See the full content of this document
