Simon Archer, England's most-capped current player with 88 appearances, has called time on his international badminton career.

The 33-year-old from Worcester still plans to carry on playing county badminton for Worcestershire as well as tackling big events at home like the English National Championships and possibly the Welsh and Scottish Opens. But Archer, who made his England debut back in 1992, has decided to hang up his racket on the international stage.
