Birmingham Bulldogs paid the price for handling errors and conceding too many costly penalties as they slipped to a 46-6 home defeat to Bedford Tigers.

The newly-promoted Tigers thoroughly deserved their win, with an opening salvo of four tries giving them a grip on the match to send the Bulldogs to a third defeat in their RLC Midlands Premier campaign.
