I BOUGHT a television from Comet five years ago. I was promised my money back after five years, provided no claim was made on the Pounds 149.99 warranty. But when I asked for the warranty cashback, Comet said 'a repair or replacement was carried out' in September last year. However, I have not made any claims. I have asked for the details of the repair/ replacement, but nothing has been forthcoming from Comet.
