This Order brings into force, in relation to England and Wales, certain provisions of the Care Standards Act 2000 which provide for the establishment and operation of the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list. The provisions, in so far as they are not already in force, are commenced with effect from 26th July 2004. They are: -section 80, in so far as it applies in relation to care homes and domiciliary care agencies only, sections 81 to 90, 92, 93, 97, and sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 26 of Schedule ...
