TEENAGER Ricky Challinor, who will be representing Great Britain and Ireland in the World mountain-running championships in Campodolcino, Italy, this weekend, warmed up by retaining his title in the rather less daunting Moel Fammau race from Cilcain.

The former Deeside athlete was a convincing winner, finishing well over a minute clear of veteran Ian Houston.
