COMMONWEALTH leaders were last night accused of snubbing Prince Charles by failing to attend a banquet in his honour.

Up to half of the 50 guests expected either flew home or said they were too tired to attend the dinner, hosted by the Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, at his official residence.
