The Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2005

Made 7th March 2005

Laid before Parliament 10th March 2005

Coming into force 1st April 2005

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 365(1) and (4) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003[1], as extended by the Broadcasting and Communications (Jersey) Order 2004[2], the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 2004[3] and the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 2003[4], with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and extent

1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
