This Order brings into force certain of the provisions of the Companies Act 1989.Article 3 of this Order brings into force the provisions of Part I of the 1989 Act (Company Accounts) with the exception of:--Section 15 (Public listed companies: provision of summary financial statement) which is already in force; and--sections 7 (in so far as it inserts a new section 233(5) into the Companies Act 1985 (Offence where annual accounts approved wh...
