IN his reply to my request that we be told why detailed information about the City Heart project did not appear in the draft Long Term Council Community Plan, as instructed by the city council on December 13, last year, Paul Wylie, chief executive (April 16) implied that approval by the council of the draft LTCCP without this information was acceptable.
