THE owners of a quad bike track where an eleven-year-old boy broke his leg during a birthday celebration six years ago have been cleared of any liability.

Joe Robson, now 18, from Station Town, near Wingate, County Durham, filed for damages against Quad Sport Leisure after falling off a 90cc quad bike during a 30-minute session to mark his 12th birthday, on July 12, 2003.
