The National Crime Squad Service Authority (Levying) Order 1997

Laid before Parliament 24th September 1997

Coming into force 15th October 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 62(2) of the Police Act 1997[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the National Crime Squad Service Authority (Levying) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 15th October 1997.

Interpretation

2. - (1) In this Order:

(a) "the 1996 Act" means the Police Act 1996[2];
