In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 87(3)(c), (7), (9), (10) and (11) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002[1], the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and application

1. - (1) This Order may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Key Stage 1 Assessment Arrangements) (England) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st May 2003.
