A BANNED driver who dragged a woman along the ground and left her unconscious after her T-shirt got caught in the car door has been fi ned GBP720.

Ann Black was treated in hospital for a week and had to have a chest drain inserted. She was left with a broken hip, collapsed lung and two broken ribs after James Frew failed to realise her top was stuck in the driver-side door.
