Summary
Kevin Myers's jaundiced view of England and the English is rather unfair ("I'm so glad I chose not to be English", Comment, September 26). I do not think an entire nation should be judged by the bitchy men in public life here - politicians and journalists - many of whom are not actually English anyway.
