LEA Fastow, wife of the former finance chief of collapsed US energy company Enron, has been jailed for a year after pleading guilty to filing a false tax return.
The conviction marks the end of months of plea bargaining which will see her husband Andrew co-operate with prosecutors as they pursue other Enron executives.
