Already residents in Westbury Park and related areas near the Downs are cut off from access to Hotwells, the Portway, Bridge Valley Road and often the centre.

We are prisoners in our homes on many Sundays. I can't get across to elderly folk - and have been in diverted traffic for long periods of time getting nowhere week after week - when "worthy" marathons, bike-rides, cancer walks, etc are on).
