Scheme made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with the sea fish industry in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, laid before Parliament under section 15(3) of the Fisheries Act 1981, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament within forty days beginning with the day on which the Scheme was made, subject to extension for periods of dissolution, prorogation or adjournment for more than four days.STATUTORY INSTR...
