ON a black day on and off court for British tennis at Wimbledon, the LTA were last night lambasted by Josh Goodall for their disgraceful handling of the suspension of Davis Cup coach Peter Lundgren.

The Briton, who lost 6-1, 6-4, 6-4 to Feliciano Lopez, was furious about being told just 10 minutes before he walked out on court that Lundgren had been temporarily relieved of his coaching duties for slurring his words at an LTA coaching seminar and would not be around to discuss tactics.
