The A4 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation (No. 2) Order 1998

Made 14th October 1998

Coming into force 28th October 1998

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation (No. 2) Order 1998, and shall come into force on 28th October 1998.

2. The A4 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

3. The table in Schedule 2 is replaced with the table in the schedule to this order.

4. In Schedule 3D the table is replaced with the following table-
