The Department for Social Development[1], in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 47[2] of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992[3] as applied by Regulations[4] made under Article 73 of that Order and now exercisable by it[5] and conferred on it by Articles 61, 62(5) and 148(1) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 2003[6], and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Reduction of Grant) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and shall come into operation on 16th February 2004.
