The Department of Economic Development[1], in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 58A(1), (5), (6), (7) and (8)[2], 59(1), (2)[3], (2A)[4], (2B), (2D)[5], (3), (4)[6], (6A)[7], (6B), (7) and (8)[8] and 80(3) of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1976[9], Article 26(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978[10], Article 30(1) of the Industrial Training (Northern Ireland) Order 1984[11] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
