A ROYAL Navy technician was jailed for two years today for causing the death of a 21-year-old woman by dangerous driving.

The High Court in Glasgow heard leading seaman Brian Higgins, 36, of Rosyth, Fife, overtook a bus on a blind bend on the notorious A77 between Ayr and Stranraer.
