BRITISH LAND'S historic Georgian office headquarters overlooking Regent's Park could become an Pounds 80 million London mansion for a wealthy overseas buyer.

The Grade II listed building, pictured, on Cornwall Terrace was designed by John Nash in 1820 and has served as Land's headquarters for decades, but chief executive Stephen Hester said it will soon be "marketed - the probability is for residential".
