A LESBIAN couple were today launching a test case in an attempt to win legal recognition in Britain for their marriage.
University professors Celia Kitzinger, 48, and Sue Wilkinson, 51, got married in British Columbia where same-sex ceremonies are legal. They say a failure to recognise their marriage's validity in the UK constitutes a breach of human rights.
