The Local Elections (Communities) (Welsh Forms) Order 1987

Made 27th March 1987

Laid before Parliament 2nd April 1987

Coming into force 6th April 1987

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 2(1) of the Welsh Language Act 1967[1], I hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Elections (Communities) (Welsh Forms) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 6th April 1987.

2. Each of the forms set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order is hereby prescribed as the Welsh version of the corresponding form specified in English at the head of the version, being a form set out in Schedule 2 to the Local Elections (Parish and Communities) Rules 1986[2], which may be used in connection with the election ...
