WOLVES boss Mick McCarthy may be thousands of miles away preparing his squad for their pre-season training camp Down Under, but he insists the work in strengthening his team is far from over.

And he has revealed that, despite the difficulties in bringing in new players in the present economic climate, he is happy with his lot so far, which has seen Reading striker Kevin Doyle, Sunderland defender Greg Halford and midfielders Nenad Milijas and Andrew Surman bolstering his young side.
