The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Warwickshire) (District of Warwick) Order 2007

Made 5th July 2007

Laid before Parliament 10th July 2007

Coming into force 6th August 2007

This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(1), 2(1) and 3(3) of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991[1].

Warwickshire County Council has applied to the Secretary of State for an Order to be made under paragraphs 1(1) and 2(1) of that Schedule with respect to part of its area.
