HANGING ON: Your report in Wednesday's Sentinel on the new system to monitor drivers to be introduced by First Potteries Bus to both limit damage to the environment and provide a more satisfactory travelling experience to the public seems a good idea.
Anything that can contribute to the battle against pollution and global warming has to be welcome. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the performance of First Potteries Bus. But as a regular user I will also be pleased if this 'traffic light' technology goes some way to cutting the amount of journeys where the driver does seem to be completely oblivious to the fact that he's driving a bus and not his own private car.See the full content of this document
