Summary


SENIOR politicians yesterday called for a major revamp of the structure of Scottish football. Speaking at the all-party sports group in the Scottish Parliament, they expressed their growing reservations over the way the game was being run.

With clubs going into administration, problems over promotion and relegation to the SPL, and the poor showing of the national team, politicians believe now is the time to act before the situation gets any worse.
