The Residuary Body for Wales (Winding Up) Order 1998

Coming into force 14th December 1998

Whereas the Residuary Body for Wales, acting pursuant to paragraph 18(5) of Schedule 13 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994[1], has submitted a scheme to the Secretary of State for Wales for its winding-up, and the disposal of its remaining functions, property, rights and liabilities;

And whereas the Secretary of State has decided to give effect to that scheme with modifications[2]:
