This Order brings into force provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 which amend the Private Security Industry Act 2001 ("the 2001 Act") in its application to Scotland. This Order commences the amendments in Schedule 15 for England and Wales on 6th April 2007.Sections 15 and 18 of the 2001 Act are not yet in force in Scotland.
