STATUTORY RULES OF NORTHERN IRELAND2003 No. 450CLEAN AIRThe Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003Made 16th October 2003Coming into operation 1st December 2003The Department of the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 2(2) of the Clean Air (Northern Ireland) Order 1981[1] (hereinafter referred to as "the Order") and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, having regard, amongst other things, to the sulphur content of the fuels described in Schedule 1, hereby makes the following Regulations:Citation and commencement1. These Regulations may be cited as the Smoke Control Areas (Authorised Fuels) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2003.Authorised Fuels2.
