The Patents (Fees) Rules 1992

Coming into force 11th May 1992

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 123(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraph 14 of Schedule 4 to, the Patents Act 1977[1], of the power conferred upon him by the Department of Trade and Industry (Fees) Order 1988[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals pursuant to section10(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971[3] and with the consent of the Treasury pursuant to subsection (4) of the said section 123, hereby makes the following Rules:--

1.--(1) These Rules may be cited as the Patents (Fees) Rules 1992 and shall come into force on 11th May 1992.
