LANCE FORMAN, forced to relocate his smoked salmon business to clear the way for the London Olympics, has been ordered to move this weekend without any trial runs for his highly-complex operation. The Ken Livingstoneoverseen London Development Agency say they cannot afford even one extra day for Forman to have two factories working in parallel.
