MORE TROUBLE for Westminster Council which is still haunted by its former leader Dame Shirley Porter's "Homes for Votes" scandal, as I revealed last month.

The current council leader, Sir Simon Milton, and his right-hand man, Robert Davis, are being looked at by the Standards Board for England. It's said they breached the Code of Conduct for local councillors.
