A PENSIONER who died after being trampled by a herd of cows had been trying to get her dog when the accident happened, an inquest has heard.

Anita Hinchey, 63, of Drope Terrace, St George's-Super-Ely, Cardiff, and a friend who saw the incident, had been walking their dogs in a field when she was fatally injured.
