The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 (Note)
These Regulations are made under section 20 and 25 of, and schedule 2 to, the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 3) ("the Act"). The Act transposed European Parliament and Council Directive 2000/60/EEC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy (O.J. No. L 327, 22.12.2000, p.1) ("the Directive").
