3Phase Elevator Merges with Gable Elevator in Cleveland, USA.

Massachusetts, US-based elevator and escalator services provider 3Phase Elevator has merged with elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization services provider Gable Elevator, serving the Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio markets, the company said.

3Phase said the merger enables it to establish a strong presence in Ohio as it continues to expand nationally.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Gable Elevator, a family-owned and operated company, uses non-proprietary elevator components and elevator equipment to service commercial buildings in the surrounding areas of Cleveland and Columbus.

The existing Gable team, led by Phil Isaac and Matt Schumann, will remain in place and the company will continue to serve customers under the Gable Elevator brand.
