IndependenceIT Cloud Workspace Suite software is an integrated workspace automation platform that manages workspaces, applications, and desktops as a service to users anywhere, anytime and on any device. The company's software is deployed globally by IT service providers, independent software vendors, and IT administrators to enable workspace-as-a-service solutions. Cloud Workspace Suite allows its customers to quickly and easily provision, manage and monitor complete workspaces in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments.

According to the report(1), "Cloud Workspace Suite Version 4.2 focuses on optimizing and enhancing existing features and functionality of afore-mentioned components. One of the key enhancements is to extend management of cloud resources at the VM level, enabling customers (service provider partners) to set consumption, scaling and automation attributes based on individual user profiles in a multi-tenant, shared infrastructure. Based on individual storage requirements, customers can also create different classes of services, which are deemed valuable for larger MSPs and enterprises as use cases begin to move further upstream. Deploying public cloud services, Microsoft Azure and Google Compute Engine, service provider customers are now able to provide hourly pricing and service scheduling. Instead of having the cloud to run 24/7, customers can flexibly reduce the runtime based on individual end user requirements.
