deceased, to grant certain Leases of the Estates
subject to the Trusts of the said Will; and for

HEREAS Peter Thettusson, late of Brodsworth in the Will of
County of York, Esquire, duly made and published his last Peter Thel-
Will and Testament in Writing, bearing Date the Second Jj8^
Day of April One thousand seven hundred and ninety-six, and thereby

(after making certain specific and pecuniary Dispositions, and giving April 1796.
certain Directions, amongst others, that all the Furniture which should
be at Brodsworth at his Death, except such Parts thereof as his
Trustees should think necessary to be kept for the Purpose of receiv-
ing any of them, or of his Sons, who should choose to go and spend
a HttleTime there occasionally, should be sold,) gave and devised all
his Manors, Messuages, Lands, Tenements, Advowsons, and Here-
ditaments which he had either purchased or contracted to purchase
in the County of York, and all other his Real Estates, unto and to
