The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Scottish Public Authorities) Amendment Order 2008

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 5th September 2008

Coming into force 13th October 2008

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(1) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 20021and all other powers enabling them to do so.

S-1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (Scottish Public Authorities) Amendment Order 2008 and comes into force on 13th October 2008.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

2. The bodies and offices listed in Schedule 1 to this Order are added to the specified part of schedule 1 to the Act, in each case in the appropriate place.

S-3 Removal of Public Authorities

3. The entries relating to the bodies listed in Schedule 2 to this Order are removed from the specified part of schedule 1 to the Act.
