The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) and (6) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000and now concurrently vested in the Minster for the Cabinet Office.
The Minister for the Cabinet Office has consulted the Welsh Ministers in accordance with section 4(7) of that Act.

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Freedom of Information (Additional Public Authorities) Order 2018.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st May 2018
(3) In this Order, “the Act” means the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
